Deptford, NJ. 15 June 2015: Suntuity is pleased to announce that it has entered into definitive agreements to finalize the development of a 5 MW grid supply solar project in Deptford, NJ.
The solar project has received Interconnection, WMPA and Zoning approvals and is awaiting environmental and state approvals. Project construction is slated to begin in Q1 of 2017 with an anticipated Commercial Operation by end of Q2, 2017. The solar plant will feed power into the PSE&G electrical grid with a capacity equivalent to the electricity consumption of 460 typical homes per year. Furthermore, the solar plant will sequester carbon the equivalent of up to 2700 acres of U.S. forests each year.
