Responsibilities

- Actively identify and pursue leads
- Address customer's questions and needs
- Pursue and close the sale of commercial size PV systems
- Proven track record of closing commercial contracts within set time frames and have an existing rolodex of commercial accounts
- Strong commercial solar experience preferred
- Should be detail oriented with focus on sales, quality, customer service

Qualifications

- Minimum of 3-5 years of Commercial Photovoltaic Sales experience with a strong sales background (solar or similar industry preferred)
- Strong customer service experience with excellent interpersonal skills
- Should be comfortable in selling large commercial size projects ranging from $1MM and up, mid-commercial size projects of $500K to $1MM, and small commercial projects of 250K+
- Experience in sales strategies
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in attending to customer needs, business growth, products and solutions
- Experience in negotiating and driving contract management and proposals
- Excellent communication skills and must be comfortable in making presentations to small and large groups as well as business associates
- Able to meticulously work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Technical background and understanding of general construction is a plus
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Open to travel

Responsibilities

- Able to meticulously work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of general construction is a big plus
- 4 year college degree
- Open to travel

Installer will provide support to the crew lead of the installation team and ensure the completion of installation of all residential solar arrays / systems.

- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
- Pulling inventory for each installation job, ensuring adequate inventory for truck load
- Pre-assemble job components in the warehouse
- On-site design installation, working off of plan designs
- Layout and assembly of solar modules / array and mounting hardware
- Mechanical/structural mounting of racking, modules and electrical equipment
- Electrical wiring of solar array/system (AC and DC)
- Document completion of job with photos
- Clean-up of job site

Requirements:

- Must be a Team player
- Previous experience in PV installations, roof work, general construction or carpentry
- Experience with electrical wiring of AC and DC systems
- Experience with the safe use of hand-held and power tools
- Experience working with all types of building materials - various roof types - stucco, wood, concrete, etc
- Ability to work in extreme environments, e.g. hot sun, crawl spaces, etc
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs
- Must have a clean driving record
- Have reliable transportation
- NABCEP certification will be a big plus
- Must have knowledge of OSHA compliance standards or familiarity with formal safety practices

- 2-3 years of relevant industry experience
- Will visit location where the potential Solar PV system is to be placed and complete solar site survey by taking detailed measurements of the roof and any obstructions on it, determine roof type and condition and create roof layouts
- Use sophisticated solar equipment to determine proper placement and potentially the proper angle of the system
- Determine if there are shading issues at the desired location and recommend other locations if shading problems exist
- Take multiple images of the location where potential system is to be located. These images will be imported into our solar program. Multiple calculations will be carried out to determine the amount of electricity the potential system could create
- Attention to detail and safety is very important
